1.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer COD for all orders within Morocco. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your city.

3. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5.Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all products sold on Cartsort are carefully selected and quality checked. If you have any issues, contact us for support.
